MYDOSTI.com also prohibits the use of surnames, postal addresses, phone numbers or any material whatsoever that is sexually explicit, violent or violative of any law in force.Further, members are requested to bring any such content on profiles to the attention of MYDOSTI.com by clicking on the line 'Objectionable Matter" found on every page for necessary action at our end. Any disputes arising from the use or consequent to the use of MYDOSTI.com are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Loudoun VA USA.

Age limit

MYDOSTI.com is open to members of the public who are 16 years of age and above. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 16 years of age.

Fees

All Users/Members acknowledge that MyDosti.com reserves the right to charge for the MyDosti Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If MyDosti.com terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.

Termination

Members may terminate their membership simply by clicking on the link "Membership withdrawal' and following the instructions given therein. MYDOSTI.com prefers to have your perpetual membership until and unless the situation warrants otherwise, and in such event, may terminate the membership at its discretion. This agreement provides for operation of its terms even after termination.

Non-commercial Use by Members

The MyDosti Services are for the personal use of Members only and may not be used for any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by MyDosti.com. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the MyDosti Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the MyDosti Website is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the MyDosti Services.

Usage propriety

The objectives of MYDOSTI.com and the purpose of membership have been clearly spelt out. The profiles are to be used only for healthy, personal interaction. Very strict notice is taken of any attempt to exploit the database for commercial purposes such as advertising or sales promotion of any product or service. Not only will membership be terminated, civil or criminal action may be initiated against improper usage.

Privacy

In order to protect your profile account, you are to register a password. Neither may anyone else use your password nor, may you use anyone else's. User/Member Responsibilities

MyDosti.com assumes no responsibility for monitoring the MyDosti Services for inappropriate Content or conduct. If at any time MyDosti.com chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the MyDosti Services, MyDosti.com nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such Content.

You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on or through any of the MyDosti Services, and any material or information that you transmit to other Members and for your interactions with other Users. The laws of the State of Virginia USA , govern this Agreement. Members hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Loudoun Virginia USA in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this System. Use of this System is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

User/Member agrees that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between User/Member and MyDosti.com as a result of this agreement or use of this System.

MyDosti.com performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of MyDosti.com's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to Member's use of this System or information provided to or gathered by MyDosti.com with respect to such use.

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and MyDosti.com with respect to this System and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the Member and MyDosti.com with respect to this System. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

Fictitious names of companies, products, people, characters and/or data that may be used herein are not intended to represent any real individual, company, product or event.

Modification of this Agreement

MyDosti.com reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which this System is offered.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
